Join us for an evening of freely created sound and movement, along side a discussion on the state of new music and composition. Our first set will feature the instruments, electronics, and moods of these improvisers. Our second set will provide insight into thecomposer/performer/creator, as we engage the audience through lecture,demonstration, and questions/answers. Jazz Central Studios is one ofthe few venues to embrace new music and the scholarly review of thismusic. There is limited in-person seating, and we encourage fans ofthe compositional process to reserve a spot for their voice to beheard.
